About
I'm Ikhwan, a software engineer with over a decade of experience spanning computer architecture, enterprise security, and for the past several years, DevOps and CI/CD automation. My work centers on building reliable, scalable delivery pipelines and infrastructure that let engineering teams move faster with confidence.
Along the way, I've led an AWS-to-GCP cloud migration, built AI agents to automate CI/CD workflows, and worked across domains from enterprise security and penetration testing (Maybank) to computer architecture (Intel) to enterprise .NET development (Mesiniaga). That range taught me to see technical problems through a business lens, not just how to build something, but why it matters and who it serves.
I'm currently focused on growing beyond individual contribution into technical leadership, mentoring engineers, driving cross-team initiatives, and building toward a future in engineering management and, eventually, broader business leadership. Currently based in Penang, Malaysia, and always learning.
